Donated Items and Drives

Thank you for thinking of Rosie’s Place!

We are taking measures to protect our guests and remain open, and cannot do so without your support.  We are currently only accepting the following donations: Lysol Disinfectant Spray, hand sanitizer (individual or bulk) and disinfecting wipes, and face masks. These items are greatly needed as we strive to maintain a safe and healthy sanctuary for women who have nowhere else to turn. These items can be mailed to Rosie’s Place, Attn: Donations, 889 Harrison Ave, Boston, MA 02118.

Please note we are not accepting any other donated items at this time, e.g. clothing, toiletries, furniture, et al.

Holiday Giving

We work to brighten the season by providing guests with holiday giftsWe typically serve 800 women during our Holiday Drive, so we need all the help we can get to provide them with something nice for the holidays. And since we serve so many women, we need the gifts to be the same so there is a sense of fairness.

This year we are only accepting:

  • $25 gift cards to CVS, Walgreens, Target, and/or Old Navy
  • Bath and body gift sets with lotion, body wash and body spray (from stores such as Bath& Body Works).

With your help, we can provide a warm holiday experience that will be—like everything else at Rosie’s Place—wrapped in unconditional love and respect.

All donations should be sent directly to the attention of Shelli Stevens, 889 Harrison Ave, Boston, MA 02118. We encourage donations to be shipped, however if you plan to drop of holiday gifts please do so to 47 Thorndike St, Boston, MA 02118. Gift receiving will be open Monday - Friday from 10am - 4pm. Please ring the 3rd floor bell when you arrive with your donation. We will be receiving donations through December 11th.

Thank you again for being such an important part of our extraordinary community.

Please contact Shelli Stevens at sstevens@rosiesplace.org with questions or for more information about virtual opportunities.
