Rosie's Place Is Here for You

We are committed to supporting you during these challenging times.

This situation is changing quickly and Rosie’s Place is adapting so we can continue to serve our guests in a safe way.

If you are in need of assistance, please call Rosie’s Place before coming to us—so that you can get the most up-to-date information about services being offered and safety precautions in place.

Please call our main number at 617.442.9322 for assistance.

If you have a safe place to be—in order to minimize risk—we ask that you stay there.
Call us and tell us what you need, and we’ll try to help in whatever way we can. As we practice extreme social distancing within our building, we want to ensure women without other options have a safe place to be. Click here for community resources.

What You Should Know

Rosie’s Place is open and providing emergency services.

  • We have additional safety precautions in place. Upon arrival visitors are asked to wash their hands in the hand washing station. Everyone is asked to leave a 6-foot distance between each other. Visitors are being screened for COVID-19 symptoms and are being directed to further screening if needed before being invited inside.
  • Our Overnight Shelter is at capacity and is not able to accept new guests at this time. Women currently staying in the program are also practicing extreme social distancing and limiting interactions with other guests and staff.
  • We are serving  pre-packaged meals to-go every day. Our hours have changed so please call before coming to Rosie’s Place to receive the most current information.
  • We are providing pre-bagged groceries from our Food Pantry.  Please call for current hours and procedures before heading out.

THANK YOU for your patience as we work to meet the needs of our community. We remain committed to being a sanctuary, especially during these difficult times.
