The Resilience of Our Community
We are all living in unpredictable and unimaginable times. And the burdens they bring us are many.
Despite these struggles, every day the resolve and resilience of our community shines through.
How we give our help looks different now—we maintain social distance and we meet with guests online, over the phone and even outdoors. But throughout this pandemic our help has never stopped.
This Boston Globe article written by Beth Healy, about a fire that could have destroyed Rosie’s Place back in 1984, attests to our strength. We’ll be here for as long as poor and homeless women need us.
Our community will evolve. And our commitment and compassion will endure. This is because we have friends like you. Thank you for your steadfast support.
